At Prineville Athletic Club Inc, we offer a wide range of classes to meet a variety of fitness levels. From Zumba to Body Sculpt to Cycling, there's always something new for you to try at Prineville Athletic Club.

Anyone can take a class at Prineville Athletic Club, regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. We offer both traditional classes and customized classes, so getting bored isn't an option! From gentle stretching classes with resistance bands to high-level intensity workouts with weights, we're sure you'll find a class that addresses your needs. Zumba:

inspired by Latin American music, Zumba involves elements of both aerobics and dance and incorporates music from a variety of dance styles, including salsa, mambo, samba, hip-hop, and tango. Zumba is an excellent choice for men and women of all ages, particularly those who like to dance, have fun, and socialize.

TRX :

TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

Barre:

Barre is a form of physical exercise, usually conducted in group classes in gyms or specialty studios. It is distinguished from other group fitness activities by its use of the ballet barre and its incorporation of movements derived from ballet.

Aerobics:

aerobics can be a low-intensity or a high-intensity form of exercise and can be performed in a pool or in a studio. Studies have shown that aerobics exercise can promote a healthy heart, improve body and mind awareness, and strengthen muscles.

Yoga:

involves slow movements, stretches, and poses. Yoga offers a number of health benefits, both mental and physical. Many individuals who practice regularly find yoga helps to reduce stress, build muscle, and improve posture.

Body Sculpt:

using Bench, Weights, Bars, Bands, etc. , these classes are designed for toning and building muscle. As we all know, muscle is what helps your body burn fat, and with these beginner to advance classes, you will do just that. Add a small dose of yoga stretch, and meditation at the end, and you'll end up with a full body/mind workout. Designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Strength and Conditioning:

total body workout. Challenges for all fitness levels. A combo of strength, cardio, interval and circuit training. Add a fun, tough instructor and you have Boot Camp

Body Sculpt & Strength Group:

low intensity resistance training using bands, Dumbbells, and body weight. Focusing on flexibility , functional strength and balance.
